Indent on Babies Forehead

Hi everyone

When my daughter was first born she had a very small birthmark on her forehead which all midwives said was fine, she is now 6 months old and the birthmark has faded but there is an indent left in her forehead

We have an appointment booked with our GP for the near future but I've been told this is called 'involution' which I believe is incorrect as she didn't have a hemangioma in the first place

I've attached two pics - one showing the original birthmark and her dent on forehead, can anybody shed some light? I can't find a single other case on the internet that's similar

Nope I've never had a response and still haven't had a derm appointment, the indent seems to have cleared up a lot since my initial post but it's still there vaguely. Personal opinion I think one of the midwives was a bit heavy handed when delivering but that's all I can think
