Did anybody go cold turkey on their vape? I currently vape and I'm starting to hate it - I feel unhealthy and like it's always in my mouth!
Did anybody just ditch it one day? And what was it like just going cold turkey? They are so addictive. I'm a very anxious person and find I often vape when anxious... but can't help but think that it may actually make my anxiety worse.
Any tips to deal with anxiety in a more healthy way?
Sorry a billion questions there. I'm also an anxiety 'eater' and I just feel so unhealthy and disgusting and want to do something about it NOW!
