Heavy cold

Hi everyone, I'm currently on my fifth heavy cold and chesty cough since September and I'm fed up!... diet isn't too bad, exercise and take immune supplements. Is anyone else the same position? I'm due at work tomorrow on a late shift 😩

Maybe because you need to rest and get rid of it properly. Call in sick, go to bed, paracetamol, fluids, sleep.
