Health anxiety and liver function test

I have health anxiety that I'm getting help with but recently I've been getting a random on and off sharp pain under my right rib. I googled and worried I have some sort of liver damage.
I recently had a full blood test and it came back clear including the liver function test which was normal:
I've attached the results below.
I enjoy a couple of bottles of wine on a weekend and I'm now worried I've done damage to my liver.
Can anyone tell me if I had damaged my liver due to alcohol ie fatty liver/hepatitis/cirrhosis when I was younger social drinking etc, and having 2/3 bottles of wine a week would my liver function test be normal like it is? I'm so scared.

Hi, I am in the same boat, also had the pain like you describe and just had normal liver tests. I'm feeling a little reassured by this. The GP also did an ultrasound. Maybe sometime like that would help.

I'm just going to cut down drinkign a bit, particularly as I am also on some meds and need regular liver tests due to this. It is stressful I know.

I had similar pains years ago. I rarely drank, and liver function/ultrasound showed nothing.
Not saying it is, but it could be your gall bladder. That can also cause twinges where you are feeling pain.

My GP also said as I have had a lot of previous surgery the pain could also be from adhesions (internal scar tissue)
