For the last couple of days I have had pain in my left shoulder and down my arm. I also have pressure/tightening top left (sort of top of boob) and on my back. The pressure also started to get lower down my chest. I feel like I can't breathe in and out fully. I have also been getting breathless really easily. I've just cleaned the kitchen and I'm out of breath.
I went to a&e today and they took blood pressure and ecg. Blood pressure was really high but she said it could be just coming to the hospital etc and I think she's right as I was really worried I was wasting their time and got a bit anxious etc. The doctor said no concerns with the ecg. She said my lungs are clear and everything is fine.
I thought perhaps I did overreact but I've got the same issue again this evening.
I guess I'll have to go to go to the doctors tomorrow. Has anyone else been through anything similar? I'm worried I'm about to have a heart attack or something! Im only 32 and generally pretty healthy so I guess unlikely but any advice? Any similar experiences?
