Cervical erosion, pelvic twinges and weak bladder

I’m 11 months postpartum- I went to my GP the other week because after intercourse with my husband I had some light spotting (my period had finished 3 days earlier). I had a swab done for bv which I’m yet to get the results but the nurse examining me said I had mild cervical erosion which would explain the spotting.

At the apt I said I’d had mild cramps / twinges outside of my periods since my periods returned in October (8 months pp due to bf) so I’ve been referred to gynaecology for further investigation but appt could be weeks.

the past 3 weeks or so I’ve also noticed my bladder weakness has gone back to what is was 4 months pp when I weed when I sneezed. It’s not totally uncontrollable but enough for me to put a pad on when I go out just In case! is it normal for bladder weakness to go down hill so quickly?

Just confused with these overlapping symptoms and whether it’s something more sinister? I’ve just totally stopped breastfeeding which is the only thing that’s changed in my lifestyle. Could it be hormonal?
