In absolute agony

I pulled a muscle Thursday afternoon (I think! Dragging and pushing a heavy sofa bed) Thursday evening the pain started in my lower abdomen/hip radiating up in to the muscles surrounding the rib cage.
The pain definitely isn't as bad as it was but I'm still in agony. Taking regular ibuprofen & paracetamol. I've tried ice/ heat/ hot bath with Epsom salts/magnesium but they don't seem to help.
The pain now is all in my lower abdomen & coughing/sneezing/laughing (not that I find much funny atm!)
I'm going to call the doctors tomorrow. But the pain radiates from a 4 - a 10 especially if I'm late on taking the painkillers or when I first wake up.
Does this sound more like a torn muscle?
Or does anyone have any magical advice to help me heal this any faster! I've spent half hour in tears this morning waiting for the pain killers to kick in 😞

Are you sure it's a pulled muscle?

Could be co incidence but pain in that area can be caused by so many other problems including many gastro issues.

Can you try 111 today for advice? Reason being that if it's gastro issue the ibuprofen could actually be making it worse.

Well I did think so! I've done this before and had the same symptoms but it had gone after 3 days. I might just hang on until tomorrow as if the pain comes back full force I don't think I'm going to be able to sit in ooh and ours is always running hours behind. I does feel like sore muscles. Moving etc makes them achy and twinge.
