I ve been having pain in my left bowel area for 24 hours and it's getting worse. It sort of feels like a really bad constipation but I'm not constipated. It's constant with a stabbing pain. I'm currently undergoing tests blood/stool as I'm constantly exhausted and have lost 7kg. I guess I'll go back to the doctors on Monday. Has anyone had anything similar?
