Planned operation on 15th December

I was wondering if anyone could offer some advice? I have a planned operation on 15th December. It is major surgery, but it is non urgent.

The nurses are striking on 15th. I know my operation will have to be cancelled, but can anyone offer some insight as to when it might be rescheduled for?

I'm guessing that is like asking how long a piece of string might be! 😃

I asked them if my op is cancelled and no-one could tell me anything
