Really just that...

Does any take probiotics daily and can recommend. For adults and children?

Reading so much about gut health lately so thought I'd give it a try for a few health issues in the family.

Thank you Smile

Daily Kefir is proven to boost healthy gut bacteria more effectively than probiotics. It takes iirc around 3 months of daily drinking. Choose the unflavoured kind though as there isn’t so much added sugar I remember watching a food programme doing a comparison between kefir & probiotics & they tested stool samples before then again after the trial & kefir results were best.

Because milk kefir contains a plethora of prebiotics and bioactive compounds that can have positive effects on the gut, it is always a better choice than probiotic supplement to boost gut health and prevent illness from children to normal adults and adolescence

Look at the Optibac range, I’ve been taking their ‘Extra’ version and it’s made going to the loo a lot more pleasant (I have IBS)!

I make my own kefir, its extremely easy to do and can be used in many ways.

BioKult capsules plus daily kefir.

Biokult has absolutely transformed my DD’s eating!

Kefit has a lower concentration of probiotics than supplements so it really depends on what works best for your personal circumstances/preference.

I take Symprove daily. Symprove and VSL#3 are the only pro/prebiotics recommended by doctors as actually worth taking.
