In recent years I have noticed several dry sometimes itchy patches on my upper arms but this one is darker coloured. Anyone any idea what it is should I go to the GP or anything I can do at home for them it?

I’d get the gp to look at it looks like a lesion

Thanks I will do its a nightmare trying to get to see someone since covid and I don’t want to appear like a hypochondriac.

I also have a few similar dry itchy patches but not as dark elsewhere on my arms. Some I showed to the GP in person maybe about six or seven years ago and he said he was almost sure they were some sort of warts and didn’t do any further tests. I can’t remember whether this one was there then but if it was its certainly darkened.

I also have a cluster of small spots under my armpits (one is worse than the other, I have had these for well over a year). I sent the GP a photo on an E consult twice and I got some tablets each time which helped slightly but they are still there and haven’t really gone away. I haven’t been able to shave my arm pits or wear any short sleeved tops and I have had to change to a Tropic deodorant as my ordinary deodorant irritated the area.
