Following the death of my dentist last year DH and I have both registered with new dentist as both had emergencies but I am a bit surprised that there has been no letter regarding our DDs, both were registered there, and nothing official to say the practice has closed etc. Was wondering what happens to dental records, notes etc. Would not have known it had closed had not read local paper etc'. Just wondering whether there is a formal procedure that should be followed. I am not asking this because I am being arsey or jobsworth, am just interested to know
