Left shoulder/upper back pain

As the title says I occasionally had left pain in my shoulder and upper back over the last few months. But wasn't too bad and I just put it down to being peri menopausal.

Since the weekend I have had really bad pain in my left shoulder, upper arm and across my back and occasionally my chest. Painkillers not really helping. Sometimes a spasm and sometimes just constantly painful.

Made the mistake of goggling it and am not convinced I have lung cancer 😓.

Has anyone had this before , could it possibly be a frozen shoulder?

Thanks

Best to get it checked. I had it and it was gallstones. That pain can get quite bad

please get yourself checked asap, not to scaremonger but those are signs of a heart attack in women and they usually ignore it.

hope you’re ok.

You need to be checked over OP. Better to be safe than sorry. X
