Just putting this one out there to see if anyone else gets this.
I recently took a long-haul flight to a dry desert location (and back again). Since returning a few days ago, I've had a slightly congested nose and the inside of my nose feels a bit raw and aggravated.
And when I blow my nose, there's some blood in the nasal mucus. Not a nosebleed, exactly, and not loads of blood, but definitely there.
Anyone else had this? Is it normal and will it go away? Anything I can do to help it heal?
I read that the extremely dry air in places like Nevada, Arizona, Colorado etc can mess with nasal blood vessels, and obviously so can air-conditioned rooms and being on a plane for 11 hours. So I'm guessing it's that.
I have no other symptoms (besides a bit of jet-lag) and my blood pressure is normal.
