Hi everyone,
I just received the news that my mum has grade 3 breast cancer. She is now doing a series of exams to determine the stage and course of treatment. I am devastated and so scared...
I am 6 weeks pregnant and on top of the normal anxieties with this stage of pregnancy, I am also so worried with the impact of this stress at this early stage...
Has anyone gone through something similar? The ups and downs of life... 😔

It is a stressful time for you, but I'm going through treatment for BC myself and the moment, and it has come on so much, I'm sure that your Mum is in good hands.

Take care of yourself!

I finished treatment for BC in March. I'm back at my teaching job fulltime and my hair has grown back crazily.

It was a difficult time but once your mum has her treatment plan in place things will settle into a routine of sorts. You get onto a treadmill of chemo (if that's what she'll have) and the time does whizz by.

Your pregnancy will be such a positive and happy thing to look forward to.

Lots of good wishes Flowers
