How many do you do? And what is your general day to day life like...

e.g. I am work from home 4 days a week, 2 kids in primary school, I do 10k steps a day. (made up of one 10 min school drop off round trip and other walks) I also exercise moderately 2-3 times a week (45 min workouts or swim).

I feel lazy doing this step count because pre doing a 'remote' job I would do more like 15-20k on some days (admittedly less on days off). DH says I am mad and that some people do more like 3-4k (drive to work, sit at desk) etc....so I am interested to hear what other mumsnetters do....?

3-6k on a good day. However.. I do use a walking stick so me and walking don't really go hand in hand. Grin

My average is about 7k, but I cycle to work 40 mins each way which random seems to boost my steps by about 1k, obv counts as 40 min x 2 of exercise, so I don't usually worry. Similar I swim 30 mins i.e. no steps.

On a day in work about 17,000. Today I am on just over 12,000 without leaving the house but that was with a “Get Fit With Rick” walking workout which I try to do on WFH days or lazy weekends.
