What joy! I’m booked in for 3 weeks to have an endoscopy. Dr said I have to come off PPIs 10 days prior so am a bit nervous I don’t want to have rebound reflux so I’m going to taper off (am on 20 mg 2 x a day). Any thoughts? His secretary said no need to taper but I’m not sure about that!

I’ve already had the rest of my GI tract checked so this is the last test. I’m so fed up with my symptoms, not being able to eat what I want and feeling anxious all the time.
and yes, def having sedation. The max dose if poss!!
