In 2088 I had a Hemangioma on my liver which was removed by surgery A couple of months ago I was having stomach pains and yesterday I had an ultrasound which showed that the Hemangioma had returned, and it is 13cm. Has anyone had a situation like this and if you have, did you have another surgery to remove it? Thanks

I've experienced something kind of similiar with my then DS who was 5/6 at the time. He had one appear on his arm that kept bleeding, growing - this was on the outside of the skin and not underneath the skin. NHS refused to remove it as they said it wasn't bothering him and we got told to go private.. lord knows how they got to that assumption.
Then one day he was at school and it wouldn't stop bleeding. It had been bleeding a good 4 hours, we then appealed the decision and he had it surgerically removed. We were told that if ever he does happen to have an accident again i.e - cut himself/knock himself again and it cut the skin, that these can happen again and if affecting him in the same way, they will remove again.
Saying this.. my friends LB had one as a baby under the skin in his neck.. it went by the time he was 4 and it hasn't grown back since/as of yet. He's now 6/7, but she was told still always a possibility. Xx
