House PTSD - physically, what can I do?

So. The year before last we had some quite significant structural issues with our house, which flooded - not badly, but an inch or two of water - every time it rained.
It's left me with mild PTSD - panic and anxiety around heavy rain, basically, is the bit that matters, and a degree of OCD around water coming in, where it's coming in, how much is coming in.... it's very dull for DH and DS, so I try very hard not to twitch and pace the house when we have named storms forecast.

So, the thing is. We had another very small leak this afternoon (NB it rained like a goddamn monsoon) and it's set me back no end in terms of twitches and pacing. And I know bloody well we're forecast for on-off heavy rain till about Wednesday. We have a sloping roof with a Velux window so it's noisy AF and it /will/ wake me up when it starts to rain, and then I will either lie in bed panicking or get up and pace.

Any ideas for how I can block the noise - short-term fix basically!
