Sudafed and nurofen ??

I took sudafed sinus max at about 3ish can I now take nurofen (5:50pm) tried looking online can't seem to get a straight forward answer

Yes, it’s fine, Sudafed sinus max has paracetamol in, not ibuprofen so you could’ve even took it at the same time.

just check if the nurofen has ibuprofen in only as they’re are a few different nurofen types e.g plus etc
