Is this a verruca?

I realise i sound certified crazy with this post but here goes! This is a picture from over a month ago. Can a verruca just look like a pin prick? It never looked like the typical verruca, but it's on the ball of my foot and I could feel it when I walked on it.

I'm terrified of spreading it around the house and my 2 year old catching it. I now cover with a plaster and wear a sock (it doesn't look like anything now apart from smooth skin - I treated it as though it was a verruca with Bazuka, cider vinegar, Scholl, etc) and I was previously covering with multiple plasters and duct tape and a sock. I'm so OTT, won't put it on the floor when I get out the shower, won't use my towel on it (I dry it with toilet roll). If I accidentally touch the floor with the ball of my foot I disinfect everything. I'll wash the shower mat and have to find somewhere that isn't the maiden or fire guard to dry it. I'm really starting to get on my own nerves with it, but even though it doesn't appear to be anything now I still can't stop worrying about spreading it and the verruca virus being everywhere in the house!

A verruca normally has a ‘root’
Im no doctor but Id say it was a verruca thats been cured. If you cant see a root then you are verucca free
