concerned about Cherry angiomas

i have been told i have one on back it stings and ive been told by doctor its got a bit bigger so shes reffered me to hospital they want to take pictures and then make a decision on what to do but from what ive read theyre not supposed to get bigger or hurt so im concerned

I have one by my nose and a small one under my eye. A few years ago I had freeze treatment on the nose one - it did work but it returned and is now flatter and not quite as red. As far as I know they are not dangerous and they are not moles. I had treatment for aesthetic reasons.

ok thanks hopefully it should go ok id like mine removed as clothes irratate it
