Hi has anyone used Olaplex and had good results? I have just bought the shampoo, conditioner and the intensive hair treatments. I was telling a friend and she told me that a friend of hers used Olaplex and it ruined her hair. I'm quite nervous about using it now.

use the shampoo and conditioner with good results, I buy the 2 litre bottle on Amazon as it is cost effective

Olaplex are experts at promoting good reviews but if you dig deep enough you'll find the bad reviews. There's a Facebook group of over 3000 people who had the same issue. People are tying to start a lawsuit (uk) for the damage. Some have lost chunks of hair

If you email them about damage and you still have your receipt , there is a Facebook page of Olaplex users who have hair loss and damage.

Plenty of hair salons use it.
