Lyme Disease or Ringworm? Pic attached

So back in June I had this appear on my wrist (another little one on my finger the day after). It came from nowhere. I went to the pharmacy and they said it looked like ringworm so gave me cream for it and it was gone in a few days.
Since September I've been experiencing joint pain and heart palpitations. I'm trying so hard to figure out what is wrong with me to no avail yet. I just googled my symptoms and Lyme came up as a possibility. I looked back at my picture and instantly felt dread. Now I'm terrified this is what it's been all along and now I'm in November! It's been 4 months!! Can anyone shed any light of experiences/knowledge? I'm feeling very anxious.

Sorry to hear you’ve been feeling unwell OP. I don’t think this looks like the classic bullseye of Lyme. Do you know if you were bitten by a tick? Do you live in a Lyme hotspot or have you visited any deer parks? We visit one often and we think our DS was bitten. He had 21 days of amoxicillin after I spotted this. I’m not sure how quickly you should take amoxicillin but I would definitely seek some medical advice.

Thank you for your reply!
I don't remember any kind of tick/tick bite and don't recall being in any areas where they typically reside either. I'm near the sea and didn't go to any grassy/woodland areas at the time. I can see how your little ones rash looks different from mine. I do believe I need to bring it to a doctors attention but now have a feeling of dread that I've left it too long.

Lyme disease would have likely carried on expanding, and not been affected by a cream.

When dh had it, it started out as a red rash, and then expanded outwards to give the bull's eye rash. It didn't just show up that way from nowhere. They are usually expanding rashes.

They can test for Lyme disease antibodies which will show if you've had it.

Lots of things can cause joint pain and heart palpitations - don't panic about it, just see your gp and they can reassure you and test for likely issues.

It looks like Lyme diseas to me. Go to the gp

Looks like ringworm to me. Keep on with the antifungal cream until you can see GP.

If this has been going on for months you should go to the GP. There are other uncommon signs of lyme disease try checking this out. You might find it helpful but you should seek help from medical professionals.
