Suspicious mole, being referred on a 2 week pathway

Hi everyone, I'm just wondering if anyone has experienced anything like this I've attached a picture of it normally and under the microscope. Do you think it looks concerning? Just looking for some reassurance while I wait 🙏

Been for my appointment today I have seborrheic keratosis 🙂 x
