Hi is 162 on a normal GO blood test low for B12 please?

Yes. It’s likely even lower than this, as their test looks at total b12 not active b12.

Thank you. When i called for the results the receptionist said 'fine, no action needed' but google suggests this is low.

Yes it's low!
You need to have levels of approx 1000 in order not to feel symptoms of B12 deficiency.

It all depends on what ranges are acceptable in the trust you are under the care of.
