Allergies

Looking for some advice - have suffered really badly with allergies for over 10 years but have always managed to keep things broadly under control with daily anti-histamines. Used to have a very bad day where I felt terrible around once every 3 months. Recently things have got worse and my bad days are probably once a month, and it's affecting my work. The only thing that's changed is we got a dog 6 months ago but I've only very recently started to feel worse. Plus he's a non-shedding poodle cross so I don't think it's him.

Anyway what I really want to ask of others suffering from similar symptoms is whether all anti-histamines are equal and if I go back to the doctor would they be able to give me something stronger? I went years ago with these symptoms and was told it was difficult to pinpoint what I was allergic to (but it was probably something like dust mites as my allergies aren't seasonal) and to just take anti-histamines daily.

Any advice please?

Is anyone else here allergic to honey?? I’m really struggling with eating anxiety as I am convinced there is honey in things even when not listed!!?? Restaurants do not take me seriously!! Feel like I’m diving with death every day
