Tips for putting on weight

Hey!
I was wondering if anyone has any advice for putting on weight please?
Open to any suggestions.
I've always struggled to put weight on and I really want to put on around 1 or 2 stone as I feel self conscious about my body.

Really regular meal plan with decent portions - its going to feel like a chore and you'll have to finish your portion even when you don't want to (your body adjusts a bit but its uncomfortable at first, you may or may not find your appetite improves.) 3 meals, 3 snacks, one an hour before bed. 2-4 hour gaps. Calorie dense foods are your friends, avoid diet foods and fillers that don't contribute nutrition or calories. Once you are eating what you think is a decent portion 6 x daily, then its just a simple case of - if weight goes up, keep plan the same, if it stays same or goes down, add a piece of toast or similar amount into your meal plan. Hope it works out for you

Focus on low volume high calorie. Nuts, nut butters, cheese, avocado are all good places to start.
Could you perhaps list what your intake for a day looks like currently, that way it would be easier to suggest tweaks.
Also, I really advise that you spend a little time reading the nutritional information on packaging. It's amazing how the calorie count can vary between like products. Bread is a prime example, you can get sliced bread that's 50 calories a slice and others that 180 calories a slice.
