Sandrena gel - arm ache

I’ve had my first dose of Sandrena gel, hrt, and my upper arm is achy and feeling heavy.
Is this normal ??
Kind of freaking out as first time.
I also had expected oestrogel and got this instead.

Just to say I've just started Sandrena and experiencing the same so searched this morning to see if anyone else similar. Also feeling quite weird in my chest.

Thanks, I didn’t apply it again upper arm. So far it’s been OK.
Ive been either putting it on the forearms or inner thigh. Read somewhere since not to use the hands as it’s a waste of product and also reduces chance of leaving estrogen on taps etc.
i spread the product with my forearm now.

The burning/pain didn’t come back.
However, my first period since starting was the worst ever. Like when a teen! Vomited and has cramps like crazy.
Uteogestan is starting this cycle ….
