Hot sweats- Fibromyalgia & Lupus not menopause

Hello all

I am 37 with no signs of menopause (had a blood test in September to check). However due to a few autoimmune conditions I suffer from, including fibromyalgia and Lupus, I am really struggling with hot sweats.

GP hasn't been very helpful but I wonder if anyone has any remedies that have worked for them? Am not sure about using things like Red Clover or Black Cohosh as these seem to be specifically for hormone repeated hot sweats.

Has anyone used anything when their hot flashes were not hormonal that has worked?

TIA

I feel your pain. Fibro here with regular hot sweats. I grow a lot of sage in the garden so am going to try sage tea.

I'm prescribed Propantheline Bromide which helps a little

Lupus here. I have horrible hot sweats (often at night) and definitely not menopausal as I am way past that. I haven't found anything that helps. Sorry.
