Does this sound like a UTI?

Been feeling unwell since Tuesday. Vague symptoms, constant headache, nausea on and off, need to pee more, achy abdomen plus I feel weak and overly tired.

Couldn't get through to GP and when I did there were no appointments.

I don't generally get UTIs so I'm just guessing. Do these symptoms fit?

I mean it could be but it might not be. Only a urine test and a doctor will be able to tell you. The fact you feel unwell call 111 and see an out of hours GP.

Sounds like something brewing, you could be dehydrated so maybe worth just upping your water over the weekend, maybe avoiding spicy foods etc and resting.

Thanks both for your replies. Ended up speaking to a GP yesterday, got some antibiotics and feeling slightly better already.
