Anyone had problems going back on the pill after having children?

I was on the pill for over 10 years before having children. I now have a dd (2.3) and a ds (10months). I did go back on the pill after ds was born but I started getting headaches and nausea. I tried a couple of different brands but they also had the same effect. We don't want anymore children but my DH doesn't want either of us to have the snip, and neither of us are huge fans of condoms.

I wondered if anyone had a similar problem and found a solution? I never anticipated a problem going back on the pill, so am a little foxed

No problems, just took me a whie to get back into the pill-popping habit.

What about coil?

I had the same problem. Dizzyness and nausea, not to mention being completely short tempered and snappy. Oh, and put on 5kg.

We all breathed a huge sigh of relief when I came off the pill again. Tried 2 different ones as well.

I do not have a clue what to do now, don't want the coil as I have heard of the sideeffects. Will watch this thread with interest.
