At about 19.30 at night EVERY night for about 3 weeks, I get a shooting pain down the left side of my neck and deep into my shoulder. I have tried heat rub, massager, and painkillers. It just comes back. The weirdest thing is I don't wake up with it and it's fine all day but it always comes on at exactly the same time at night?
It's just strange.
I don't want to bother the GP, what could it be?
