Does anyone have any experience of private online gps?

Can you recommend anywhere and how does it work?

I just googled private GPs in my area, I think it was £90 for the consultation and £25 per item to write a prescription, then the actual cost of the prescription medication.

There are also online GP services by video call which I haven't used but are supposed to be pretty convenient.
