Vitamin recommendations

I turn 40 soon and am looking to improve my general health and also try to slow down ageing if that’s even possible! I am unhealthy in the sense I don’t eat fruit and veg and eat processed food, but I am a healthy weight, don’t really drink and I exercise. Touch wood , I have no health conditions and don’t generally feel any differently to how I did in my twenties. However, my hair is getting thinner, I am often sleepy, stressed and angry and I am noticing a few wrinkles.

Which vitamin supplements should I take? I feel I ought to be more proactive once I turn 40. I do take perfectil sporadically. The issue I do have when I have taken vitamins in the past, is that I suspect I just urinate it out and don’t know how much is being absorbed.

Recommendations welcome!

You could look at hair and nail supplements.
B vitamins for energy.
But I’d pay attention to peri menopause symptoms, and see if you’re starting that.
