Lump under skin in pubic area. Help!!

I noticed a sore spot in my pubic area and on feeling there is a lump about as big as small grape, not solid and not a lymph node. The skin is not red but the lump is painful. Any ideas? I think I’ve had it before in same area and it eventually went? Cyst, ingrown hair, infection?

It can be a spot tyoe cyst that will eventually pop.

Probably an ingrowing hair - have a fairly warm bath/shower then try squeezing it

Your GP can prescribe antibiotics if needed. Hope you feel better soon. x

in had a similar issue - at the top of my thigh - it was a spot / cyst. Tried hot baths and mag sulph but nothing
ended up with a week of antibiotics and it disappeared. Didn’t come to a head at all

I get these now and again, usually go away in a few days.
