Right upper arm, far right of pic...sort of domed spot? It's not particularly red nor itchy. I can pick it and it sort of "crumbles"?

Been there for about 2 years now.

I had an ugly duckling mole removed from my back last year and am very freckley and moley generally.

Should I get it looked at?

Does this look dodgy?

It might be a sebhorreic keratosis - they are usually raised and a bit crusty. Very, very common, especially in age. I’m 75, and have loads of ‘em! As did my mum, so might be genetic.

It's not crusty but if I pick at it it sort of crumbles?
I've got a couple of SKs and it's not like them
