Contraception pill

Hey i have been back on my pill now for over a year after my son was born.
Some months I carry my pill on to skip a period.
But if I miss 1 pill by accident a few days later i will come on a period. Has this happened to anybody before? And is this normaI?
I always take it of a morning each day.

Yes that's normal - today I was a few hours late taking my mini pill, so I knew I'd have a period. Sure enough, it's shown up a few hours later.

@Tillow4ever so annoying isn't it. Suppose it makes me not forget even more so I don't have a period earlier then i should. It has never happened to me when I have been on the pill previously but its happened to me twice now since being back on it after my LB
