Do you ever get pain during sex/on orgasm?

Hi all, NC for this as a bit embarrassed.

For the last few years I’ve been getting terrible pain on orgasm. The moment it starts, the pain will start and it takes about 10mins for it to go. The pain is deep within my lower left and right sides. I also get a little bit of pain if I’m particularly turned on etc. There’s no pain during sex - DH and I both doing very everyday stuff in the bedroom!
I have endometriosis and went into menopause around 34 years old. I also had PCOS.
Recent scan showed nothing- in fact they couldn’t find my ovaries!

i’m at a loss and fed up with it. I just wondered if anyone had ever experienced this?

This could be a sign of endometriosis which usually goes hand in hand with PCOS (I have both!)

I did have that a couple of years ago and a scan showed a blood filled cyst was the cause. It must have burst because it stopped eventually
