ME / CFS support groups

Hi, can anyone recommend a good online support group for people with ME / CFS?

Don't have Facebook so not a Facebook one!

Have a look at meassociation.org.uk/ you can search for local groups but also they have helpline etc. I found sharing info with family and friends to help them understand, pacing and good mental health support have helped me but it's still a work in progress for me. Try and be kind to yourself and not think you should do better, I am guilty of that!

Definitely find myself thinking I should do better a lot. I check myself but it's frustrating!
