I experience stiffness in my knees. I am f, 40.
I was away on holidays in mainland Europe for a week and I hardly noticed issues with my knees. I am back home now and my knees are more stiff and there's more pain especially when bending down and up.
I hardly noticed my knee issues while away and now I am home, it's more pronounced but still not a tremendous pain.
