Help, I can’t stop coughing!

Got some sort of cold that is causing a dry/tickly cough that seems to involve my whole chest. Can’t sleep because of it and it’s driving me insane - I’m so tired! Any tips?

Yes @Speedweed that works for me - I keep Strepsils handy and sucking on one of those seems to surprise the urge to cough.

This is a mood, it's horrendous. It's now 3.39 and I'm awake. I've moved to the sofa so I can prop my head up more 😕
