I was away on a cruise holiday. On my first day of the holiday, I observed a lot of people coughing and a lot of the time bad manners and cough etiquette. The coughing from many people were done into the open and into the direction of other tables and people. I was on an excursion bus and the same thing - a lot of people coughing.
I knew then I was going to be exposed to whatever they had.
Within days of my first day, I came down with a cough and it was a chesty cough. It was weird because i didn't really have cold symptoms. I felt reasonably well except for an odd time having a fit of coughing. I had my thermometer and I had a fever over 38 too.
The cough isn't bad. A few times a day I get into a fit. When I lie down I start to wheeze as well. I can hear my chest.
I tested for covid and its negative. I tested for 5 days. All negative.
Does anyone else have a similar dose?
Is that a chest infection? Should I be going to the doctors for antibiotics or does it clear up on its own?
