Sinusitis with no pain?

Is it possible to have sinusitis with no pain? I'm trying to work out what is wrong with me to decide if I should push for antibiotics or not. The nose symptoms have been going on for about 4 or 5 months but the others are new ish within the last month.

Symptoms are:

Nose that closes off completely, no air can get in or out so I have to breathe through my nose.

Constantly snotty nose, sometimes literally running like a tap and I have to blow my nose 20 X a day.

Snot is completely clear but very sticky. I have twice blown my nose and some gross yellow and brown stuff has come out (once after trying a saline nasal rinse and onde after accidentally getting headbutted on the nose by my niece)

Incredibly itchy eyes that no amount of rubbing will resolve

Very itchy throat that I keep making sore by attempts to scratch it

Ears keep blocking and feels like a trapped yawn

Yellow floaty things in my eye that can be removed (honestly looks like little yellow blobs of snot or pus 🤢)

Headache virtually every day

I am reasonably confident that it's not an allergy as it is the same when I am on holiday, at work, at the supermarket etc and not affected by antihistamines

All Google is throwing up is sinusitis but it doesn't seem to fit as I have no facial pain and no green or yellow snot except those two times.

GP prescribed dysmista(?) Nose spray which has not achieved anything.
