hi everyone, i'm new to mumsnet!

would anyone share with me good ways they have of relaxing? i find i spend a lot of time rushing about, and it's very difficult to relax even in the evenings.

any suggestions on reducing stress levels??

find a yoga class which incorporates restorative poses and breathing exercises. Exercise is also very good, even just going for a walk. Come home have a bath with essential oils such as lavender, candles etc.
