Migraines and Cerazette

Having tried many different medications, which work temporarily but then the migraines creep back again, my Dr has suggested trying Cerazette. This is because I believe my migraines are linked to certain points in my cycle and she said it will stabilise hormone surges. I am however very nervous after hearing many horror stories about Cerazette. Has this worked for anyone before?

It worked for about 5 years for me. Came off it after a 3 week period and periods related to my period returned

I've been on it for 13 years - no issues, no periods at all and migraines are definitely not as bad although I do still get them. I have sumatriptan for the migraines which works well. Im 51 now so not sure how much longer I can continue to take it.

Works well for me too - I came off the hormonal patch due to migraine and now I have zero headaches!

I was on it for many years with no problems at all. However it does seem to be marmite in affecting people in quite severe ways sometimes

I was on microgynon for many years with terrible migraines day 20/21 of my cycle.

Switched to cerazette and was astounded when they immediately stopped. Should have made the change years ago!
