How long does movical take to work

How long does movical take to work. I am constipated. It's due to being away on holidays and being out of my own regular rountine and diet. I tried to stick to as much of my diet as possible but it was hard being away. I am now constipated. I have diverticolosis - diverticulitis sometimes.

How much have you taken? It can take a couple of days, but it does work. Just tastes vile

I took one sachet earlier and drinking loads of fluids.

One isn't much to get you going, when i get ready constipated i take eight in a few hours. I also have diverticulitis

I wouldn't expect it to work with just one sachet. I'd suggest two. What does the box say? I'm sure I was told 2 a day.

I've just checked the prescription label on my box. It says 2 on the first day, then increase by 2 per day to a maximum of 8 per day until it works.

Am away right now. I didn't take the box or the instructions with me. I took some sachets.

I don't usually get very constipated. One is usually enough for me.

Prune juice works wonders for me but I am not at home. I was looking for it all week but no luck.

Are you able to eat prunes? I had a dessert of prunes in spiced red wine in France once. The results the next day were spectacular. Indeed I would recommend this remedy over anything else for adults with occasional constipation.
