Red bump on child's gum?

Is it a mucoseal? My son had one and had to get it removed surgically. Google it and see if you think it is

Looks like he may have bitten it.

Do make a dental appointment though so the dentist can check it over and tell you what it is.

It could be an eruption cyst if it's where the lower first permanent molar is located. Difficult to see from the pic.

You can see the other cusp of the first permanent molar next to it. It's a cyst and will properly pop soon.

Hi yes it was an eruption cyst where his molar was coming through.
