help please. I have a big white ulcer in my mouth and it really hurts anyone got any ideas?

Can you get to a late-opening chemist and buy some Adcortyl in Orabase? It's a paste with a weeny bit of steroid in it which takes the edge off the pain and speeds up healing. It costs about £4.75, I think.

And do take some painkillers as well. I feel for you, mouth ulcers are so sore.
