I just gave DS1 a haircut and noticed he has some cradle cap. he had it as a baby but then it all disappeared. I dont understand why it has come back and how to get rid of it. Anyone any experience of this ? is it normal ?

i don't have experience of this coming and going with a child but I do myself! it comes and goes! have you tried halos n horns shampoo? that worked on my dd and on me too!

Got rid of DDs cradle-cap by gently teasing the scales with a fine comb. The Dentonox (sp?) shampoo wasn't shifting it.

I've used Almond oil (no nut allergies, obviously) and rub a bit in to DD's scalp in the bath and then leave it for ten minutes. Then shampoo it out and it lifts the scales off pretty well. We do a patch at a time. Doesn't even leave her hair looking particularly oily.

olivo where do you buy halos n horns shampoo? might give it a go on my dd as olive oil and dentinox won't shift itx
